“Insiders might sell their shares for any number of reasons, but they buy them for only one: they think the price will rise.”
When I see big insider buys, it’s a big sign which tells me to turn my focus to these stocks and redo my research to see if I missed something or, if I already own these stocks, to check the valuations and evaluate if it’s time to buy more.

Conclusion
All of these companies had some issues in the business, but they still look like they are down more then they should be and I would say there has been overreaction from the market..
When I have this kind of feeling, and on top of that I see insiders are buying big amounts of shares, it gives me more conviction..
